“A.D. Magellan has been helping guide the condo association that I manage through the scope of work and project prioritization portion of our construction defect litigation. As part of this process, they conducted a thermal inspection via drone of our roof lines. This inspection not only helped determine the best scope of work for the roof repairs called out in the litigation process; but it gave us a real-time account of the condition of our roofs, which are in better condition than we thought based on our reserve study projections.
